Prepare Your Package

Carefully disassemble your bike if necessary and place all components back in the original factory packaging to ensure safe transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our mechanics inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
